At Conscious Mother Birth Services, we strive to provide exceptional support for every step of your motherhood journey. A
postpartum doula helps you acclimate to life with a new baby and establish milk supply. We are here to help you process your birth experience and soak up time with your new little one. This is the beginning of a relationship between you and the newest member of your family.
Many cultures around the world have the idea of a "lie-in" period for up to 40 days. Mother's only job is to rest and recover. The mother is physically pampered and nourished with warm meals. It was seen as essential to care for the mother in order for the baby to thrive.
Many Midland-area moms are far from extended family. This is our calling, filling the gap to support West Texas families and their future.
Get to Know Us
Sarah Villalobos is a DONA educated doula and mom of two. A Houston native, her passion is supporting West Texas women looking for "the village."
While many are called to birth doula work and helping moms have a positive birth experience, Sarah was called to aid the postpartum mother.
She knew that this type of encircled support was rare in the US, and wanted to pass on this gift through birth work by supporting and educating postpartum moms.

Conscious Mother Birth Services believes that supported birthwork should be accessible to all women. We take payment on a sliding scale "pay-what-you-can" basis.*

Helps contract the uterus, improve diastasis recti, aid posture and abdominal support days after birth.
Highly recommended to begin Day 1-5 postpartum.
